It is available exclusively to members of participating chambers\, including the Zebulon Chamber. The program offers:\n\n\n	Large-group purchasing power for better rates and broader benefits\n	Rates individualized to your employees\, so you pay for the risk associated with your business\, not a community pool\n	Flexible plan options and hassle-free administration\n\nParticipation continues to grow statewide. Today\, 1\,451 organizations are enrolled\, and more than 87% of them have fewer than 10 employees\, so the program is delivering its greatest benefit to North Carolina's smallest businesses.
