SUMMARY:The Town of Zebulon Unified Development Ordinance
DESCRIPTION:The Town of Zebulon is in the beginning stages of the creation of a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The goal of the project is to modernize existing development ordinances (zoning\, subdivision\, etc.) while working in tandem with adopted plans and policies. The Town anticipates that the new UDO will express a progressive vision that promotes thoughtful growth and protects the health\, safety\, and welfare of the community while preserving its "small-town" character.
