Community Calendar Planning_Zebulon Chamber Nonprofit Roundtable

Zebulon Chamber is hosting the annual Community Calendar Planning Session for Zebulon Chamber Nonprofit Roundtable members on Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Member civic organizations that sponsor community-wide events are encouraged to participate.

The purpose of this session is for representatives from civic organizations, churches, and the Town to meet:

to facilitate dialogue and relationships among these organizations for a stronger Zebulon,
to share and discuss their organization’s plans for community-wide events for September 2025 through Summer 2026
to consider how organizations sponsoring events around the same commemoration or celebration may complement each other’s efforts, and
to build a community calendar through the Zebulon Chamber’s website for all residents and potential residents to view and follow events throughout the year.

Free for Zebulon Chamber Nonprofit Roundtable members. Because of seating, please limit attendance to two (2) representatives from your organization. The favor of registration is requested so we may plan seating and refreshments.
