The Town of Zebulon has been working to update the 2001 Transportation Plan. This is the plan for the future development of roads and transportation improvements that will carry us into the next ten or more years of growth. It sets forth our road construction strategy and the development fee schedule relating to transportation. Our goal is have our community develop so as not to incur traffic gridlock and unmanageable congestion on our road system. It also takes into consideration storm water, bicycling, and greenways.
To help us in this process a presentation of our proposal will be given and am asking for input from the citizens and businesses of Zebulon. On March 4th I will be hosting a meeting in the Town Hall Council Chambers and presenting a PowerPoint presentation that covers this topic.
