Film Features Zebulon Country Stores and Their Role in Building Community
Our annual Zebulation event will be held on November 13 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Our celebration will feature the winners of our preservation awards and our annual Zebulon Memory Project film at the Olde Raleigh Distillery in downtown Zebulon.
Our films will highlight “Country Stores and Their Role in Building Community.” The recreated Walter Perry store from the Hopkins area featuring Jim and Becky Perry, and artifacts and tales from the Berkeley Moses Alford Store in downtown Zebulon featuring Tim and Sandra Richardson.
In addition another 14 area country stores will be celebrated in our festivities with photos and captioned memories.
Enjoy a catered meal from Parker’s Barbecue, tea, dessert, and a cash bar.
Tickets are $50. Tickets will be sold until November 6, or until the event is sold out. Space is limited and the past several years this event has sold out so get your tickets now!
