What You'll Do
Recruit Like a Pro
Find great talent through creative sourcing, phone outreach, interviewing, screening, and relationship building. Your goal: Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates who are ready for their next opportunity.
Make the Perfect Match
Connect candidates with positions where they can succeed. Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients and candidates, and move job orders from “open” to “filled.”
Grow the Business
This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk recruiting job. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact on the sales side by developing relationships with new prospects, growing existing accounts, and helping local businesses solve their hiring challenges.

- Positive and persistent — You don't give up when the first call doesn't turn into a placement.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Comfort with outbound recruiting and sales calls
