Business Advisory Board: Update on Progress
Thanks to the great turnout at our August interest meetings, the Zebulon Chamber is making meaningful progress toward launching a Business Advisory Board — a new initiative under our Economic Development and Government Relations Committee (EDGRC), created to fulfill the chamber's mission in service to our members and community.
The Board is envisioned as a connector among the business community, local government, and other stakeholders, helping identify business needs and shape initiatives that support a healthy, thriving Zebulon. It will function in two key ways: serving as a business-to-business support network, sharing expertise to help area businesses grow, and serving as a voice to Town staff and officials, advising on policies and procedures that affect small business success.

The EDGRC is now meeting to further refine this framework before submitting a formal proposal to the Zebulon Chamber Board of Directors for consideration and approval. Stay tuned as we work through next steps!
