Community Announcement: Town of Zebulon Community Housing Survey

As part of Zebulon’s commitment to inclusive economic development, the Town of Zebulon is developing an Affordable Housing Plan—and your voice matters.

We’ve partnered with a consulting firm to better understand our community’s housing challenges and opportunities. To guide this effort, we’re asking residents to share their input through a Community Housing Survey. The survey collects opinions on housing topics, key demographic data, and experiences related to finding safe, stable, and affordable housing.

You can participate online—available in both English and Spanish—at tinyurl.com/ZebulonHousingSurvey. Paper copies (in English and Spanish) are also available at Zebulon Town Hall.

The survey will remain open through Thanksgiving weekend. Your feedback will play an important role in shaping Zebulon’s future growth and community planning.
