DESCRIPTION:Dear Chamber Family\,\n\n\n\nThank you for all the extra effort you are putting into your businesses during this time of economic upheaval. \n\n \n\nWords like "unprecedented" and "unsure" characterize the countless ways our lives and businesses are experiencing the negative effects of COVID-19. \n\n \n\nIt's important that we not overlook the unprecedented positive responses as champions rise up to meet the novel needs of our community. From residents ordering more take-out and increasing tips to show support for businesses that remain open\, to free meals to the vulnerable\, local businesses and Chamber Members have adjusted to accommodate wherever possible.\n\n \n\nWe'd like to invite you to join these champions - by meeting the immediate financial needs of businesses in our community.\n\n\n\nThe Zebulon Chamber of Commerce has created the Chamber Business Relief Fund to provide timely and meaningful resources to businesses significantly impacted by the COVID-19 health crisis. For many\, the fund will act as a bridge or a lifeline for business.\n\n\n\nOur inspiration was a fellow Chamber in Illinois that was able to raise $25\,000 in less than 24 hours with proceeds being distributed to sustain small businesses at risk in their community.\n\n \n\nToday\, on behalf of our business community\, we ask you to consider giving toward this relief effort.
