DESCRIPTION:Zebulon Chamber is hosting the annual Community Calendar Planning Session for Zebulon Chamber Nonprofit Roundtable members on Thursday\, August 29\, 2024\, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Civic organizations sponsoring community-wide events are encouraged to participate.\n\n\n\nThe purpose of this session is for representatives from civic organizations\, churches\, and the Town to meet:\n\n	to facilitate dialogue and relationships among these organizations for a stronger Zebulon\,\n	 to share and discuss their organization's plans for community-wide events for September 2024 through Summer 2025\n	to consider how organizations sponsoring events around the same commemoration or celebration may complement each other's efforts\, and\n	to build a community calendar through the Zebulon Chamber's website for all residents and potential residents to view and follow events throughout the year.\n\n Free for Zebulon Chamber Nonprofit Roundtable members. The favor of registration is requested so we may plan seating and refreshments.
