Stylewith 293 Belk stores located in 16 Southern states and a growing digital presence. We are investing heavily in our business and are looking for talented people to join our diverse and inclusive Belk team.\n\nThe Job Fair is Thursday September 8th from 11am to 4pm at the Belk Triangle East in Zebulon NC. \n\n\nEssential Functions/Responsibilities:\n\n\nHow can Belk bring Modern. Southern. Style to your career?\n\n\n	Belk offers competitive pay!\n	Flexible scheduling\, including evenings and weekends!\n	Generous associate discount!\n	Fast paced\, competitive\, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment!\n	Collaborate on events and merchandising decisions in assigned areas!\n	Assist in executing the store's side of our technology strategy and other Belk initiatives!\n\n\n\nAvailable Positions:\n\n\n	Sales Associates\n	Operations Team Associates\n	Cosmetic Beauty Advisors\n\n\n\n\nRequirements/Qualifications:\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation & Experience:\n\n\n	Experience in retail preferred\n	Excellent communication skills\n\n\n \n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n\n	Ability to use computer keyboard\, standard telephone and other related business equipment.\n	Hand manipulation to remove sensor tags\n	Task demands vary in each department because of the different types of merchandise.
