Fostering Footsteps: 10K, 5K, and 1-mile Walk & Run
On February 8, 2024, Wake Tech is hosting Fostering Footsteps, a 10K, 5K, and 1-mile walk/run event to support students in our Fostering Bright Futures program. You can learn more about the program and watch Lisa’s story here https://www.waketech.edu/student-services/fostering-bright-futures
This incredible program provides foster youth with the resources, support, and access to free education they need to build bright futures. The event will take place at the Scott Northern Campus in Raleigh. rain or shine or dare we say snow because it’s North Carolina, after all!, it’s going to be a fun and impactful day!
