Empowered Citizens is proud to partner with Zebulon Parks and Recreation to host a Community  Talent Show Fundraiser! Does your youth ages 11-18 have a hidden talent? Use the link or QR code on the flyer to register them for a chance to bring home the CASH PRIZE!!! All funds raised during the event will benefit the Parks and Recreation Youth Financial Aid Program and assist Empowered Citizens with teen assistance and programing.
